We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious Junior Contract Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 18 months of either recruitment or telesales; sales experience who wants to build a long-term career in information technology recruitment. Key Responsibilities - Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and networking activities. - Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience and suitability for vacancies. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. - Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Support senior consultants in developing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. - Assist with writing and posting job advertisements. - Maintain accurate candidate and client records within our recruitment systems. - Learn and develop your recruitment, sales and business development skills through ongoing training and coaching. - Gradually build your own client base and market knowledge as your experience grows. Requirements - Approximately 12-18 months' experience in ideally a recruitment role but we will consider candidates with proven telesales, sales or business development experience. - Strong communication skills with confidence speaking to people over the phone and via email. - Self-motivated, ambitious and eager to build a successful career in recruitment. - Excellent spoken and written English. - Strong organisational and time management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new technology platforms. - Positive attitude, resilience and a willingness to learn. Job Description As a Junior Contract Recruitment Consultant, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of contract recruitment solutions to clients across a range of technical markets. You will learn every aspect of the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and qualification through to client engagement and placement management. You need to be comfortable with telephone work as you will be expected to make a minimum 2.5 hours of calls each working day This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, enjoys speaking with people and who wants to develop a successful career in recruitment.
