Provide daily technical assistance to users by identifying and resolving hardware, software, application, and system-related problems within required service timelines. Conduct regular visits to company branches to inspect IT equipment, identify potential issues, and complete necessary maintenance and technical support activities. Maintain accurate records of support requests, service activities, repairs, and equipment status in the relevant system while coordinating with external vendors until issues are fully resolved. Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure users have reliable access to systems and business operations continue without unnecessary interruptions. Handle company information and technical data responsibly by following established information security requirements and maintaining confidentiality. Contribute to initiatives focused on improving system performance, equipment reliability, user support quality, and overall IT service efficiency. Monitor the condition and performance of IT equipment, identify recurring technical problems, and recommend practical solutions to improve system stability and reduce repeated failures. Assist with the installation, setup, configuration, replacement, and basic troubleshooting of computers, software, printers, network devices, and other peripheral equipment. Prepare technical updates and service reports, document maintenance work, and ensure all support tickets and technical requests are properly recorded, monitored, and closed. Job Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or another related technical discipline. Around 1 year of experience in IT support, technical maintenance, help desk operations, or a similar role will be considered an advantage, while fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are also encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of ERP, CRM, and other business management applications will be considered an advantage. Willingness to provide both remote and on-site technical support and work during weekends or public holidays when required by business operations. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with a responsible, service-oriented, and user-focused approach to technical issues. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cooperatively with users, colleagues, vendors, and other internal teams. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking fundamentals, software installation, and routine system maintenance will be considered an advantage.
