Job Description – Junior HR Executive Company: Ellwinkz Sourcing Service Pvt Ltd Location: Dombivli Department: Human Resources Reporting To: HR Manager Job Responsibilities Handle day-to-day HR activities at the factory. Manage employee attendance, leave, shifts and overtime. Prepare monthly payroll inputs. Maintain employee files, joining and exit documentation. Support recruitment and onboarding of factory workers. Manage contract labour records and compliance documents. Handle employee queries, grievances and basic disciplinary matters. Maintain HR registers, reports and statutory records. Support POSH, employee welfare and HR activities. Assist during labour-law audits and inspections. Requirements Graduate in HR/any discipline; HR qualification preferred. 1–3 years of experience in factory/manufacturing HR preferred. Good knowledge of Excel . Basic knowledge of labour laws and factory compliance. Good communication and employee-handling skills. Should be comfortable working at our factory location.
