Junior HR Administrator (Full-time) The Company: Irish Pensions & Finance, formed in 1993, has over 30,000 clients and in excess of €1 billion in funds under management. Roughly 80% of our business book comes from the Public Sector where we administer 152 Union-sponsored, salary-deducted AVC schemes. Most of our 125 employees are based in our offices in Dublin 15 but we cover the entire country with more of our business being transacted remotely. The Role: As a Junior HR Administrator, you will be part of the Irish Pensions & Finance HR team and will provide valuable support to the HR function. As part of your role, your responsibilities will include: Coordinate and schedule internal and external training programs. Manage training calendars and communicate schedules to employees and managers. Arrange training venues, equipment, materials, and online learning platforms. Liaise with external training providers and vendors Monitor employee participation and completion of mandatory training requirements. Maintain and update learning management systems (LMS) and training records. Process training/exam registrations, attendance records, and certifications. Assisting the HR team with Recruitment, Onboarding, HR tasks, HR reporting etc Upkeep and maintenance of our HR system and ensure documents and information are uploaded and recorded in a timely manner. Ensuring all company facilities are kept updated, in stock and in adequate working order. Preparation & generation of reports as required. The Successful Candidate: HR administration/recruitment experience Proficient use of Microsoft Office Great organisational & planning skills Attention to detail is a must Ability to act on own initiative Strong communication & interpersonal skills Cross-functional teamwork and collaboration skills Excellent communication skills Ability to deliver and achieve results within agreed timelines Benefits: The ideal candidate will attract a salary of €30,000 per annum plus bonuses (OTE €32,600) Quarterly bonus Hybrid-based position Full Training / Support for further education with an education bursary up to €6,000 Entry into the Pension scheme on commencement of employment Entrance to the Company Life Cover scheme after one year Flexi-time available after initial training period Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm (9:00am – 5:00pm on Fridays) Experience: 1 year experience in an administrative or HR role. Ideally a third-level degree or similar in Human Resources or a related field.
