Junior General Accountant / Accounting Coordinator
Mô tả công việc: (Mức lương: 18 - 28 triệu VNĐ) Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior General Accountant / Accounting Coordinator to support the company's accounting, payroll, tax, and statutory compliance activities in Vietnam. The successful candidate will work closely with the Vietnam accounting/bookkeeping team, Singapore accountants, external tax agents, banks, and local authorities to ensure accurate and timely financial records and statutory submissions. Responsibility Vietnam bookkeeping review and monthly closing Payroll processing coordination Payslip preparation PIT calculation and filing coordination Compulsory insurance registration, calculation, and submission coordination VAT, PIT, CIT, and statutory filing support Invoicing from PRIVE Vietnam to the Singapore/client entity Monthly management reporting by brand/entity Coordination with Singapore accountants, external tax agents, banks, and local authorities Proper document filing and audit-ready records Basic review and supervision of bookkeepers Internal controls and segregation of duties Chức vụ: Nhân Viên/Chuyên Viên Hình thức làm việc: Toàn thời gian Quyền lợi được hưởng: Benefit: Work-related equipment provided as required Insurance coverage and employee benefits in accordance with company policy Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học Yêu cầu công việc: Requirement: Vietnam accounting and bookkeeping experience Basic payroll and statutory compliance knowledge Familiarity with Singapore accounting systems and reporting practices, or willingness to learn Experience with systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite, or similar would be preferred Ability to coordinate with Singapore-side accountants and management Ability to prepare monthly reports and organize supporting documents in English where needed Strong attention to detail and good filing discipline.
