# Junior Finance Specialist (UAE&KSA) **MHP Food Trading LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role MHP MENA is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Finance Specialist to support our finance operations across the UAE and KSA. The role is responsible for recording daily customer receipts, allocating and clearing payments, supporting blocked-order release, maintaining approved customer credit and payment-term data in SAP, administering statements of account and assisting with UAE & KSA payables under Finance Manager approval. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional to build practical SAP, reconciliation and regional finance experience in a dynamic, international environment. Key Responsibilities · Record cash, POS and cheque receipts on the same day for MHP FT and KSA. · Allocate and clear customer payments in SAP daily for MHP FT and weekly for KSA. · Analyze and release blocked MHP FT orders within approved authority and support KSA blocked-order analysis when required. · Share online-payment receipt vouchers with Head Office for posting and complete the related daily clearing. · Prepare statements of account and ledgers accurately and within agreed timelines. · Complete weekly clearing from MHP FT Sales Executives' codes and prepare monthly cash-deposit reports for MHP FT and KSA. · Maintain monthly statement-of-account and rebate-confirmation registries. · Create approved KSA payment requests, enter vendor invoices and process approved deductions and credit notes in SAP. · Identify discrepancies, resolve routine issues and escalate complex cases promptly while maintaining clear supporting documents and audit trails. · Update approved customer credit limits and payment terms in SAP and coordinate with Sales and other departments to obtain complete supporting documents. · Coordinate with the local Finance team and MHP Head Office Finance in Ukraine and support the Finance Manager MENA and Finance Specialist during audits and peak periods. Qualifications and Skills Required · Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline. · One to two years of relevant accounting or finance experience. · Sound understanding of basic accounting, customer reconciliations and payment allocation. · Experience with customer receipts, accounts receivable, reconciliations or SAP is preferred. · SAP or ERP training or certification is an advantage. · Good Microsoft Excel skills and strong numerical accuracy. · Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage. · Exposure to FMCG, trading or distribution environments is an advantage. · Organized, dependable and able to meet daily and monthly deadlines. · Clear communication, attention to detail, accountability and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams while handling confidential information.
