Based in Santa Ana, CA, we deliver brand promotion, consumer engagement, audience growth and increased ecommerce sales revenue for our partners through enterprise level brand monetization services. Craftwork Design Co. is looking for a Junior Ecommerce Partnerships Manager to join our growing Partner Management team. This is an entry-level role designed for someone looking to build a career in ecommerce, client services, and brand management while working alongside some of the world’s most recognizable brands. The Junior Ecommerce Partnerships Manager will support the day-to-day management and growth of our brand partnerships, combining client account management, project management, and hands-on ecommerce execution . This person will directly manage a portfolio of brand accounts while also supporting Partnership Managers on more complex programs. The role is highly cross-functional and provides exposure to nearly every part of running a successful brand promotion program—from coordinating merchandise launches and marketing initiatives to managing Shopify stores, and keeping projects moving across Creative, Product Development, Content, Digital Marketing, and Operations. Key Responsibilities Client & Account Management Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of smaller brand partners, building strong relationships and ensuring a high level of client service. Support senior Partnership Managers on larger accounts, helping coordinate projects, deliverables, reporting, and client requests. Participate in client meetings, prepare agendas and recaps, track action items, and ensure commitments are followed through. Develop an understanding of each client's brand, business objectives, customers, and ecommerce goals. Proactively communicate project updates, timelines, opportunities, and potential roadblocks. Project Management Coordinate initiatives across internal teams including Creative, Product Development, Content, Marketing, and Operations. Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables stay organized and on schedule. Coordinate product and collection launches from initial planning through site launch. Maintain project trackers, promotional calendars, product information, and other account documentation. Help ensure internal teams have the information and assets needed to execute projects successfully. Identify potential delays or issues early and work with the appropriate teams to resolve them. Shopify & Ecommerce Management Manage day-to-day Shopify updates for assigned accounts. Create and update products, variants, collections, pricing, imagery, descriptions, and product information. Merchandise collections and storefronts to highlight priority products, launches, promotions, and best sellers. Monitor inventory levels and product availability and communicate potential inventory issues. Coordinate product launches, promotional updates, discount codes, and other site changes. Perform regular quality assurance to ensure products, pricing, inventory, links, and site merchandising are accurate. Help identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and ecommerce performance. Ecommerce & Marketing Support Assist Partnership Managers with promotional planning and execution. Coordinate with Marketing teams on email, SMS, paid media, organic social, and promotional campaigns. Review ecommerce performance and help identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Support preparation of client reports, presentations, forecasts, and performance recaps. Stay informed on ecommerce trends, Shopify capabilities, merchandising best practices, and consumer behavior. What We're Looking For 0–2 years of professional experience in ecommerce, account management, project management, marketing, retail, or a related field. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Strong organization and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating directly with clients and working across multiple internal teams. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities at the same time. Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and solve problems. Strong interest in ecommerce, consumer brands, merchandise, marketing, and digital experiences. Comfortable learning new platforms and technology. Shopify and CRM experience is a plus, but not required. Basic understanding of ecommerce metrics such as sales, conversion rate, AOV, traffic, and inventory is a plus.
