Working closely with senior leadership and business teams, you will help build digital platforms, implement practical AI solutions and drive digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Support digital product development, translating business needs into product requirements and workflows. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on development, testing and implementation. - Integrate data across systems to improve accessibility and efficiency. - Identify and implement AI solutions to enhance business processes. - Support business units in AI adoption, solution development and transformation initiatives. Requirements - Background in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical discipline. - A Master's degree in IT or a related field is preferred. - Exposure to digital product development, AI, data or digital transformation. - Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. - Hands-on, adaptable and curious about emerging AI technologies. - Comfortable working across technical and business teams.
