This role works closely with various departments to develop reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights that improve operational efficiency, sales performance, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for transforming data into actionable business recommendations. Key Responsibilities: · Collect, clean, validate, and maintain data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. · Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. · Develop and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and KPIs using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or other reporting platforms. · Monitor data quality and perform data integrity checks to ensure consistency across systems. · Support business users by providing timely and accurate data analysis and reporting. · Prepare presentations and summaries of findings for stakeholders and management. · Assist in automating manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. · Maintain documentation related to reports, dashboards, data sources, and analytical processes. Qualification: · Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. · 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or related roles is an advantage. · Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization. · Basic to intermediate experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, or similar BI platforms. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends, patterns, and insights. · Experience in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business decision-making. · Understanding of data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance processes. · Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present large datasets accurately and efficiently. · Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity. · Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
