Junior Client Success Manager
# Junior Client Success Manager **Guidepost Marketing** · Remote · `Remote` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Get on Board (LATAM)* --- ### About the Role Fluent written and spoken English. Our clients are US doctors. You will write to them and speak with them every day. You own outcomes. You have handled client relationships and can tell us what you kept, what you lost and why. You bring bad news early, with a plan. You do not wait to be asked. You write clearly and fast. If your writing needs a second pass to be understood, this is the wrong seat. You can hold a doctor's respect. Calm, direct, prepared, unbothered by pushback. You use AI every day (Claude or similar) and can show us how. We will teach you the ads and funnel side. Being curious about it is a must. You need to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern , with your camera on. Skunks on the table Every line is true. If one makes you want to close the tab, that is useful for both of us. If they make you lean in, you are probably who we are looking for. This is a fully remote position. If you do not have a quiet, productive place to work from home with reliable power and internet, this is not the right role for you. Going quiet is the one thing that does not work here. Missed a deadline? Tell us. Stuck? Say "I hit a wall." Problems get named the same day, in the open. No recipe, and the structure keeps moving. We are "building the plane while flying it," and pods, seats and clients change as we grow. The first 2 to 3 weeks are quiet. The people who thrive start digging before anyone asks. The CEO is direct. Plain feedback, expected back. He loves being challenged and hates silence. Doctors push back, and quality beats volume. Our clients are smart, busy and spending their own money, so you hold your ground with evidence. A cheap lead who cannot afford a $4,000 treatment is not a win. Compliance is non-negotiable: no guarantees, no definitive claims. You are the last set of eyes. Errors that should have been caught in QA come out of the pod's bonus pool, just as retention and expansion grow it. Our values: give a shit · better before bigger · sincere candor · move fast and fix it · prove it works · unimpeachable character. You own the relationship. The doctor emails you, Slacks you and gets on calls with you. You turn requests into briefs. Every client ask becomes a ClickUp task the team can act on without a follow-up question, with the why attached. "Build a new landing page" is not a brief. "The heatmap shows people stop scrolling before the CTA, so the CTA moves above the fold" is. You narrate the numbers. In two minutes, in plain English: what is working, what is not, and what is next. You catch problems first. The client never discovers an issue we have not already told them about. You spot the next win. Not a pitch. Arithmetic out loud with the client's own numbers until the next step is obvious. You do not run the ads or build the funnels. You brief them and QA them. And if all you do on a call is read a report, you are not doing the job. What a good month looks like Every client in your book got a response within one business hour of reaching out and a real answer or a timeline within a day. Every client request became a ClickUp task with enough context that nobody had to come back to you to ask what it meant. You ran the client calls yourself. The CEO was not on them. Your pod's daily client updates went out accurate, because you read them before they shipped and corrected the one that was wrong. No client surprised anyone with a problem, and no client cancelled without the risk being visible weeks earlier. You brought at least one expansion case built on a client's real numbers, or explained why the timing was wrong. How we work Reply to clients within 1 business hour, even if it is "got it, looking into it," with a real answer or a timeline within 24. Reply to internal Slack within 10 minutes. Decisions live on the ClickUp task or in the client channel. Never in DMs. Monday all-hands, 9:00 to 10:30 AM Eastern. Healthcare or high-ticket cash-pay client experience GoHighLevel, or a similar CRM and automation platform Meta Ads Manager Briefing builders, designers or media buyers, and getting the work back right the first time
