The candidate should be capable of designing Architectural and MEP drawings, handling technical coordination, and independently coordinating with Authority Engineers and Consultants . Key Responsibilities: Design and prepare Architectural and MEP drawings for fit-out projects. Coordinate Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Architectural works. Conduct site measurements and prepare drawings based on site conditions. Coordinate with DM, DCD, Trakhees and other relevant authorities. Handle authority comments, revisions, submissions, and approvals. Prepare BOQs and provide technical support to site teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering . Minimum 2 years UAE Interior Fit-Out experience . Strong knowledge of Architectural and MEP coordination . Good knowledge of DM, DCD, Trakhees requirements. Proficiency in AutoCAD . Strong communication, technical, and problem-solving skills. Energetic, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently. Immediate joiner preferred; currently residing in Dubai. Salary: Starting from AED 2,500/- , based on experience and performance.
