This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure in sheet metal fabrication, CNC machinery, industrial automation, machine programming, and CAD/CAM engineering. Applicants should expect a combination of design work, fabrication support, machine troubleshooting, automation integration, and basic programming tasks in a real manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities CAD / CAM and Fabrication Support Prepare CAD drawings, CAM files, nests, and flat patterns for fabrication Create production layouts, cut files, and manufacturing documentation Coordinate with production and engineering teams regarding fabrication requirements Support process improvement and fabrication workflow optimization Maintain drawing revisions and production records CNC Machinery and Automation Support Assist in CNC machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting Support automation projects involving fabrication machinery and industrial equipment Assist in machine setup, parameter adjustment, and production optimization Support basic automation systems, sensors, and machine control integration Help maintain machine documentation, wiring layouts, and technical records Engineering and Production Support Assist in fabrication problem-solving and shop-floor coordination Monitor production workflow and machine performance Support preventive maintenance and technical improvement activities Work closely with operators, technicians, and engineering staff Qualifications Graduate of Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related course Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Basic knowledge of CAD software and manufacturing processes Willing to work in a fabrication and manufacturing environment Willing to learn automation systems, CNC programming, and industrial machinery Preferred Skills AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar software Basic CNC, PLC, or automation knowledge Familiarity with fabrication processes such as laser cutting, bending, punching, or welding Basic programming or machine logic knowledge is an advantage Hands-on mindset and willingness to work on the shop floor Work Schedule Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Work Location Novaliches, Quezon City Job Type Full-time | Fresh Graduates Welcome Benefits: Company events Free parking Work Location: In person Pay: From Php800.00 per day Work Location: In person
