Join us as a Junior Business Analyst where you'll help translate business needs into technology solutions. You'll work with trading and risk specialists, keeping both customers and the bank safe while building your expertise in an exciting field. What you will be doing You'll be part of the Regulatory Control Systems Squad, developing and maintaining systems that support risk handling and fair customer treatment across all bank trades. Working closely with developers, traders, and risk specialists, you'll bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. Analyse how different financial products and trades should be handled by IT systems Engage with traders and stakeholders to understand issues and develop solutions Investigate data, system behaviour and exceptions to identify improvement opportunities Translate business requirements into clear specifications for developers Help test and validate new functionality to ensure quality delivery About you University degree in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, computer science or analytical field Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Good communication skills with interest in working across business and IT Curiosity about financial markets and technology Eagerness to learn and develop new skills Experience with finance, SQL, risk management, or AI utilisation would be advantageous but is not required.
