You will work under the guidance of senior team members, build practical accounting skills and help keep client records accurate and up to date. Key responsibilities Process supplier bills, sales invoices, receipts and expenses in Xero, supported by appropriate documentation. Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations; identify discrepancies and refer unresolved items to your supervisor. Help maintain accounts payable and receivable records and follow up missing documents or overdue invoices as directed. Assist with Australian payroll processing and related records under supervision. Assist with GST coding, BAS workpapers and supporting reconciliations for senior review. Support month-end tasks, basic financial reports and balance sheet reconciliations. Keep client files organised, follow checklists and protect confidential information. Track assigned deadlines, communicate progress and raise questions or potential errors promptly. What we are looking for: An accounting, bookkeeping or finance qualification, or relevant study or practical experience. Up to two years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates with sound bookkeeping knowledge are welcome to apply. Understanding of double-entry bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Basic familiarity with Xero through work, training or study; practical experience is an advantage. Good attention to detail, good Excel skills and clear written and spoken English. Willingness to learn, accept feedback, ask questions and manage assigned priorities. Australian bookkeeping, GST or payroll exposure, Xero certification, and familiarity with Dext, or FYI, XPM are desirable but not essential Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Life insurance Paid training Application Question(s): Do you have experience working with Australian clients and/or group of companies?
