This internship offers hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and other HR-related tasks. Key Responsibilities - Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels. - Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements. - Conduct initial candidate outreach and coordinate screening calls. - Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and application status. - Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. - Assist with job postings and recruitment advertisements. - Support offer coordination and onboarding documentation. - Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities. - Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates. Requirements - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is an advantage. - Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and MS Office or Google Workspace is preferred. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
