We handle personal injury, employment & civil rights, business torts, real property litigation, and transactional matters. Position Overview We're looking for an attorney with 2-5 years of experience to work on diverse cases across multiple practice areas. You'll work closely with senior attorneys while handling your own responsibilities. Responsibilities - Handle discovery, draft pleadings and motions - Conduct and defend depositions - Represent clients in court hearings and trials - Draft and review contracts and transactional documents - Conduct legal research and analysis - Participate in mediations and settlement conferences - Assist with trial preparation Practice Areas - Personal Injury : Auto accidents, premises liability, wrongful death - Employment & Civil Rights : Discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour - Business Torts : Breach of contract, fraud, unfair competition - Real Property : Boundary disputes, landlord-tenant, real estate transactions Requirements - J.D. from accredited law school - Active State Bar member in good standing - 2-5 years litigation or transactional experience - Strong research and writing skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred - Experience in civil litigation or business law - Courtroom experience - Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Life insurance - Paid time off - Referral program - Vision insurance Work Location: In person
