The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in high-end residential architecture and interiors , with a keen eye for design, materials, detailing, and execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in developing concept designs, layouts, presentations, and design proposals . Prepare working drawings, detailed drawings, and construction documentation . Coordinate with senior architects, interior designers, consultants, and vendors. Assist with material selections, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation . Participate in site visits, measurements, and site coordination . Ensure drawings and design details are accurate and aligned with the approved design. Support projects from concept development through execution . Coordinate with vendors and contractors to resolve design and detailing requirements. REQUIREMENTS Bachelors in Architecture . 0–2 years of relevant experience in architecture/interior design. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, Enscape, PowerPoint, MS Office and other design software is preferred. Good understanding of materials, construction details, and architectural drawings . Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative design team. Attention to detail and a strong design sensibility .
