The candidate will work closely with senior architects, consultants, clients to ensure projects comply with applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing and submitting drawings for various statutory approvals. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, surveyors, and other project consultants. Prepare drawings for compliance with applicable development control regulations. Visit project sites as required for follow-ups and inspections. Support preparation of presentations, reports, area statements, and other project documentation. Stay updated on changes in development regulations, building codes, and approval procedures. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution. 0–3 years of relevant experience in architectural practice, liaisoning, or statutory approvals. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required. Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, or similar software is an advantage. Basic understanding of building regulations, development control regulations, and approval procedures. Desired Skills Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to interact professionally with government officials and consultants. Good understanding of architectural drawings and technical documents. Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction details. Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
