The position involves developing software applications, automation tools, and scripts, as well as evaluating and implementing AI-driven solutions that address business needs. The successful candidate will collaborate with different departments to identify opportunities for process improvement, translate business requirements into practical technical solutions, and support the Company's digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities 1. AI Development and Process Automation - Identify areas within the business where AI, automation, and technology can improve existing processes and workflows. - Design, develop, test, and implement AI-powered applications, automation tools, and scripts to streamline operations and enhance employee productivity. - Automate repetitive and manual tasks to improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time. - Evaluate existing AI tools and platforms and recommend appropriate solutions based on business requirements, cost, and feasibility. 2. Business Process Improvement and Collaboration - Work closely with department heads and employees to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for automation and improvement. - Translate business requirements into practical AI and technology solutions. - Recommend process improvements and assist in prioritizing AI initiatives based on their potential benefits and ease of implementation. - Collaborate with the IT Team and other departments to ensure successful implementation and adoption of developed solutions. 3. Systems Integration and Data Management - Develop and support the integration of AI and automation tools with existing business systems, including ERP, POS, inventory management, and other enterprise applications. - Develop automated data processing, reporting, and information retrieval solutions. - Ensure the accuracy, reliability, confidentiality, and security of data used in AI applications. - Coordinate with internal IT personnel and external technology providers when necessary. 4. Software Development and Technical Support - Write clean, efficient, secure, and well-documented code. - Test, debug, troubleshoot, and maintain AI applications and automation tools to ensure optimal performance and reliability. - Monitor implemented solutions and recommend improvements or enhancements. - Provide technical support and assistance to employees using AI-powered applications. - Maintain proper documentation of developed applications, system integrations, and automation processes. 5. AI Research, Innovation, and Adoption - Stay updated on the latest developments in AI, automation, and emerging technologies. - Explore and evaluate new AI applications and their potential use within the organization. - Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions to identify innovative technology solutions. - Assist in training employees on the effective and responsible use of approved AI tools. - Promote the adoption of AI solutions that support productivity, operational efficiency, and business growth. Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month Benefits: - Promotion to permanent employee Application Question(s): - Working knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning concepts, and generative AI technologies. - Familiarity with AI platforms and APIs, such as OpenAI, Microsoft Azure AI, or similar technologies - Knowledge of SQL, databases, APIs, and systems integration.
