Main responsibilities The successful candidate will support the team by handling: Accounting entries for both accounts receivable and accounts payable VAT settlements, invoice checks, and credit recovery activities Management of electronic invoicing Preparation and submission of periodic communications (LIPE) Compilation and management of Intrastat lists Cash journal maintenance Recording of employee expense reports Management of withholding taxes and related requirements Support with payroll accounting Preparation and management of F24/F23 forms Use of key online platforms (Tax Portal, dedicated portals) Management and request of certificates from the Chamber of Commerce, Court, and Revenue Agency Work Location: Milan (MI) – Moscova area. The position requires on-site work. Salary range: €20.000-€23.000 Education Diploma in Accounting or Scientific High School, or a Degree in Business Administration Experience We consider entry-level candidates.
