You won't just be filing documents in a corner — you'll be right in the middle of the action. Key responsibilities Prepare financial statements, internal reports, and accounting schedules that help management make informed decisions Record and track daily financial transactions — expenses, payments, collections, and adjustments — with accuracy and care Reconcile general ledger entries and bank statements to keep the books clean and reliable Support both Accounts Payable and Receivable: processing payments, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring collections, and following up on outstanding balances Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and report preparation Assist with statutory and tax compliance requirements including BIR filings and SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth documentation Coordinate across departments to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies Keep accounting records, vouchers, and supporting documents organized and audit-ready About you Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Accounting Technology Solid understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a definite plus Sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy Organized, responsible, and genuinely eager to keep learning A collaborative team player with a professional and respectful attitude Comfortable working onsite, meeting deadlines, and taking direction effectively Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month Benefits: Company events Paid training Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
