Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments and journal entries. Maintain accurate and updated books of accounts. Record supplier invoices, customer invoices, petty cash expenses and bank transactions. Perform regular bank, cash, customer and supplier account reconciliations. Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, purchase orders, delivery notes and other supporting documents. Prepare professional quotations based on client requirements and internal costing information. Coordinate with the sales, production, procurement and project teams to collect material, labour, transportation, installation and subcontractor costs. Prepare detailed project cost sheets for metal fabrication, printing, carpentry and event production jobs. Work Location: In person
