The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in recording and maintaining accurate financial transactions. Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other accounting documents. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Monitor and reconcile accounting records and supporting documents. Assist in preparing financial reports and accounting schedules. Encode and maintain accounting data using spreadsheets and accounting software. Assist with bank and account reconciliations. Support the Accounting Department during month-end and year-end closing activities. Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of financial documents. Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accountancy, Finance, or a related field . Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 1–2 years of accounting experience is an advantage. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel . Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to work on-site in Mexico, Pampanga . Must be reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
