Junior Accountant
*Location:* Mumbai *Experience:* 1-3 Years in Freight Forwarding / Logistics *Job Responsibilities:* Ø Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices for Sea Freight, Air Freight, Import/Export, Transportation, and Detention/Demurrage charges. Ø Documentation: Check BL, HBL, MBL, Job files, and vendor bills before billing to clients. Ø Coordination: Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Customer Service team for vessel details, transit time, and job costing. Ø Vendor Billing: Verify and process vendor / shipping line / transporter invoices . Ø Software: Working knowledge Freight Management Software of F Studio software , Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot) Ø Compliance: Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance in billing. Ø Mis & Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for billing, collections, and outstanding payments.Maintain accurate MIS data and provide timely reports to management.. *Skills Required:* Ø Must have experience in Freight Forwarding industry Ø Strong knowledge of MS Excel & Freight Management Software Ø Good communication and follow-up skills Ø Attention to detail and ability to handle pressure Ø Able to work independently or with little supervision *Qualification:* B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance preferred Immediate joiner will be preferred staying nearby to metro --- Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location: In person
