Please read the shortlisting criteria before applying. We will only review applications that clearly meet the points below: 2–3 years of accounting experience. Hands-on experience with Zoho Books as your main accounting system. Candidates who have posted daily transactions on Zoho Books will be given priority. Proven experience in accurate, high-volume data entry and transaction posting. Experience in an IT or software company is a plus. What you'll do: Post daily transactions on Zoho Books, including sales invoices, purchase bills, expenses, receipts and payments Record journal entries and keep the general ledger accurate and up to date Tag every transaction to the correct project, cost center and entity Upload bank statements and prepare bank and account reconciliations on Zoho Books Update AP and AR records and maintain customer and vendor master data Record petty cash entries and attach supporting documents to every posting Prepare payroll and VAT data for review by the Finance Manager Support month-end closing and prepare schedules for audits Also expected: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce Good Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) High attention to detail and accuracy Good written and spoken English Full-time, on-site in Cairo.
