Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations (i.e. Accounts Payable/Receivable, Inventory, and Bank Reconciliation. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual internal financial reports Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filing Maintain accurate financial records and support internal audits Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Perform other related duties, as may be required by Management Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any business related field; Newly licensed CPAs are welcome to apply. 1-2 years of Accounting/Bookkeeping experience (experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage) Knowledgeable in BIR tax compliance and Philippine tax laws. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain the confidentiality of financial information Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks online) and Microsoft Office / MS Excel (highly preferred) Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational & communication skills.
