We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Junior Accountant who can ensure accurate recording, reporting, and organization of financial transactions. If you are organized, numbers-driven, and eager to grow—this role is for you! Key Responsibilities Perform bookkeeping functions , including recording and maintaining accurate financial transactions Accurately encode and update entries in the accounting system Process official receipts, check vouchers, and journal entries Prepare key reports such as: Petty Cash Liquidation, Tax summaries, Statements of Account (SOA), Sales and billing reports Review and verify documents for accuracy and completeness Ensure proper filing and organization of accounting documents Coordinate with HR, Purchasing, and other departments for data validation Assist in reconciliation and maintenance of books of accounts Perform other accounting or administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications Graduate of Accountancy or any related course At least 1 year experience in bookkeeping or accounting Knowledge of basic accounting processes and documentation Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Computer literate (MS Excel and accounting systems is an advantage) Why Join Us?
