Job Purpose

To support the Account Management team in managing client relationships, coordinating projects, following up on client requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of events, marketing campaigns, and creative projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Communication

• Communicate with clients through email, WhatsApp, and meetings.
• Understand client requirements and briefs.
• Follow up on feedback, approvals, and requests.

1. Project Coordination

• Coordinate with internal departments, including creative, production, technical, marketing, and operations.
• Monitor project progress and deadlines.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time.

1. Account Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare meeting notes, reports, quotations, and presentations.
• Follow up on client opportunities and new business leads.

1. Event & Marketing Support

• Assist in coordinating event requirements and marketing campaigns.
• Follow up on event coverage, photography, videography, and social media content.
• Ensure client expectations are communicated clearly to the team.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English writing and speaking skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Interest in events, marketing, advertising, and client servicing.
