We’re Hiring: Accounts Executive Kuala Lumpur (HQ) with property oversight | Full-Time Hospitality & F&B Group | Multi-Entity | Non-Corporate Culture We are a small, privately-owned hospitality and F&B group with resorts and restaurants across Malaysia. We are looking for an Accounts Executives to support our finance operations. Each role will manage a cluster of businesses (Resorts or Restaurants) and work closely with the Group Accountant. This role is hands-on and requires someone detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a non-corporate environment. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Daily bookkeeping for assigned cluster (Resorts or Restaurants) Prepare invoices, process payments, and update ledgers Handle payroll submissions and staff claims Perform monthly reconciliations (bank, suppliers, sales, petty cash) Assist in preparing property-level P&L and reports for consolidation Ensure proper filing of SST, EPF, SOCSO, and other statutory documents Liaise with outlet managers for timely submission of sales reports and expense claims Support Group Accountant during audits and month-end closings Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 2–3 years’ accounting experience (hospitality or F&B preferred, but not essential) Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and reconciliations Familiarity with accounting systems (Xero, AutoCount, or similar) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting formats Independent, reliable, and able to manage multiple entities under tight timelines Comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment What We Offer: Exposure to multi-entity accounting across both resorts and restaurants Direct reporting to Group Accountant, with growth opportunities A role that goes beyond routine bookkeeping, with space to learn and contribute Competitive salary Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
