The successful candidate will work closely with our software engineering team and business stakeholders, particularly in supporting the integration between Abacus ERP and Personio . This is a junior-level position suitable for someone with approximately 1–2 years of experience who has hands-on exposure to Abacus ERP and is interested in growing their expertise in ERP systems, integrations, and project coordination. Responsibilities Assist in managing and coordinating various company projects , from planning through completion. Support Project Managers and team leads in tracking project timelines, milestones, tasks, and deliverables. Coordinate with developers, designers, business stakeholders, and other team members to ensure project requirements are understood and delivered. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Help identify project risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies, and coordinate their resolution. Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, documenting discussions, and tracking action items. Maintain project documentation, requirements, timelines, and other project-related records. Assist with Abacus ERP-related projects , including requirements gathering, process documentation, testing, and coordination with technical teams. Support the team in coordinating system integrations , including the planned Abacus ERP and Personio integration. Assist with testing, UAT, and deployment activities across projects. Help ensure projects remain aligned with agreed scope, timeline, and objectives. Perform other project coordination and administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience working with Abacus ERP or a similar ERP system. Basic understanding of AbaConnect / Abacus integration interfaces is preferred. Basic understanding of APIs, REST/WebServices, JSON/XML, or system integrations. Good organizational and project coordination skills. Strong communication and documentation skills. Willingness to learn technical concepts and work closely with software engineers. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a technical team. Compensation & Benefits Monthly package range is from ₱20,000 - ₱30,000 per month Salary negotiable for candidates with high level of expertise and experience. Fully subsidized lunch & snack; unlimited tea/coffee. 10 days of vacation and 10 days of sick leave per year. 5-day work week (Daylight shift) Excellent learning environment.
