Human-Centric Screening: Review resumes and CVs manually—aligning with our core philosophy of giving every candidate a fair, human review. Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial phone screens and introductory chats to evaluate candidate communication, core skills, character, and stability. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate tracking of candidates through our internal portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver curated shortlists efficiently. Candidate Experience: Ensure every applicant receives a respectful, transparent, and positive experience throughout their hiring journey. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or customer success (internships or relevant project experience welcome). Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you enjoy talking to people and building rapport quickly. Empathy & Judgment: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to assess character, motivation, and cultural fit beyond just what is written on paper. Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active searches and timelines simultaneously. Mindset: Aligned with Ought Right’s mission—valuing human touch, authenticity, and fairness in the hiring process. Pay: ₹9,143.75 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
