Jr. Project Manager We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of AI-driven applications, data platforms, and client-facing technology solutions. This role will assist in coordinating projects across environments leveraging AWS, Azure, Tableau, Power BI, and DealCloud CRM . This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their project management career who wants to gain experience working on AI, cloud, and data initiatives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities - Support project managers in planning, tracking, and executing AI and data-driven initiatives - Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and task coordination - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data, QA, and business stakeholders - Help prepare status reports, project documentation, and meeting notes - Track and follow up on action items, risks, and issues - Assist with client communication and meeting coordination - Support go-live activities and deployment coordination - Maintain project artifacts in tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms - Ensure project documentation and updates are accurate and up to date - Help drive adherence to project processes and best practices Requirements Required Qualifications - 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or similar roles - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities - Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) - Proficiency with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet) Key Traits for Success - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Proactive and eager to learn - Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment - Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Originally posted on Himalayas
