# Jr. Project Manager **Magsaysay Learning Resources Inc.** · Manila · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 9 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role - Plan, initiate, execute, supervise, and complete assigned projects in accordance with approved objectives, timelines, budgets, and specifications. - Develop and manage project roadmaps, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements. - Coordinate project activities and ensure the effective flow of information between the project owner, stakeholders, and project team. - Collaborate with stakeholders to review project plans and proposals, define project objectives, identify project phases and responsibilities, and establish realistic timelines. - Lead and supervise project teams, ensuring that roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and that team members have opportunities to provide input and recommendations. - Monitor project progress, cost, schedule, scope, and technical baselines, and implement appropriate actions to address issues or deviations. - Ensure that project deliverables, documentation, specifications, and requirements are properly prepared, maintained, and completed according to agreed standards. - Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and project management standards. - Communicate project requirements, standards, and regulatory guidelines to the project team and ensure proper implementation. - Meet with project owners and stakeholders to understand requirements, establish specifications, and identify opportunities to improve project standards and outcomes. - Identify, assess, and research project-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions and strategies to achieve project objectives. - Prepare and provide regular project status reports, updates, and other required documentation to project owners and stakeholders. - Develop and contribute to project communication and change management plans to ensure effective implementation of project changes. - Build and manage capable project teams and provide leadership and direction in responding to changing project requirements and circumstances. - Monitor developments in project management methodologies, tools, technologies, regulations, market demands, and industry trends to support continuous improvement. - Leverage appropriate project management technologies and tools to improve project coordination, collaboration, documentation, and reporting. - Provide training, guidance, and support to clients, staff, and project team members when required. - Apply Magsaysay technical standards, best practices, policies, and procedures throughout project implementation. - Adhere to Magsaysay IT Technical Standards and Code of Ethics in the performance of project responsibilities. - Interpret and understand technical working documents, including UML diagrams, flowcharts, and other schematic diagrams relevant to application development and project implementation. - Ensure the successful completion and turnover of projects in accordance with approved specifications, requirements, and quality standards. - Promote the well-being, productivity, and professional development of project team members throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. - Has 3–5 years of experience in Project Management , preferably within an IT or software development environment. - Has experience managing at least two (2) small- to medium-sized IT software development projects . - Has general knowledge and practical understanding of Agile Methodology , including Kanban and/or Scrum frameworks . - Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to project-related challenges. - Has above-average English communication skills , both verbal and written. - Demonstrates willingness to learn new methodologies, technologies, and ways of working. - Willing to be coached and mentored by a Senior Project Manager and work collaboratively within a project management team. - Willing to work onsite at Kalaw Avenue, Metro Manila , with a once-a-week work-from-home arrangement .
