Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Firewalls, Wireless, Data Center) 2. NOC / SOC operations and managed security delivery 3. Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and application deployment - PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum) - ITIL Foundation is a plus - Advanced use of MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar PM tools - Experienced in MS Office / Google Workspace - Uses AI and automation tools for planning, reporting, and documentation - Multi project portfolio management, SLA management, and change management experience is a plus - Stakeholder and vendor management experience is a plus - Experience in leading cross functional project teams of 5 or more Job Details - Direct-hire to client - Full on-site - Location: 384-B E. Immaculate Concepcion, Quezon City - Schedule: M-F, 8:30am to 6pm Responsibilities - Lead network infrastructure, SOC/NOC, managed services, and application rollouts (requirements to hypercare/handover). - Define scope, timelines, budgets, resourcing, and maintain complete transparency across all stages. - Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize shifting business needs, and track dependencies, risks, and documentation. - Oversee smooth client transition into CyberLabs’ managed network and security services. - Partner with NOC/SOC teams and vendors to ensure full SLA compliance prior to operational handover. - Act as the primary contact for project delivery, managing expectations, escalations, and executive reporting. - Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks through structured communication and adaptive planning. - Translate technical details into clear business insights while fostering team accountability and trust.
