This role ensures that tasks, schedules, and communications between internal teams and clients are properly managed to achieve successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Assist in coordinating project activities, schedules, and timelines Communicate with internal teams (technical, support, implementation) and clients Track project progress and ensure tasks are completed on time Prepare and maintain project documentation (reports, checklists, status updates) Monitor and follow up on action items, deliverables, and deadlines Support meeting coordination (scheduling, minutes, and follow-ups) Assist in managing support and implementation requests Escalate delays, risks, or issues to the project lead Qualifications Graduate of Business Administration, IT, or any related course Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Strong organizational and time management skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks Preferred (Advantage) Experience in project coordination or administrative roles Exposure to IT systems or POS projects (e.g., Retailware POS or similar) Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar) Basic understanding of technical or system-related processes Why Join Us?
