This includes management of infrastructure security, server load balancers, web application firewall. Including upstream, providers, etc. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Resolves and manages complex support cases to enable fast resolution that exceeds our users’ expectations. - Configure networks to ensure their smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes. - Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed. - Ensure network connectivity of all servers, workstations, telephony equipment, and other network appliances. - Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information. - Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports. - Participate in managing all network solutions. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - At least one (1) to two (2) years related experience. - Graduate of BSCPE, BSECE, IT, CS or any computer related field. - Knowledgeable in routing and switching using all common/standard protocols (ISIS, OSPF, BGP). - Experience with MS Active Directory. - Experience with DNS management (MS & BIND). - Experience with Application and Network Performance Management. - Should have an understanding and interpreting system/application and network performance. - CCNA or any CompTIA certification is a plus.
