This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with users, translating business needs into system solutions, and being involved in the full project lifecycle—from configuration to go-live. You will work closely with consultants, developers, and clients to ensure solutions are configured correctly, tested thoroughly, and adopted successfully by end users. Roles and Responsibilities - Configure the no-code / low-code setup of the solution and coordinate with the development team for back-end customizations - Support the data gathering and requirements phase, and create clear and well-defined user stories - Lead and support Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities - Create User Manuals, training materials, and other project documentation - Conduct end-user training and provide guidance on system navigation and usage - Support the go-live phase and post-implementation activities - Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor Must-Have Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field - 2-3 years experience as with Odoo - Basic understanding of business processes, preferably in finance, accounting, or enterprise systems - Strong communication skills (written and verbal) - Ability to document requirements, processes, and user instructions clearly - Willingness to learn new systems and technologies - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with multiple stakeholders Nice-to-Have Qualifications - Exposure to or interest in ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) - Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, or data analysis tools - Experience with UAT, system testing, or documentation - Familiarity with Anaplan, Odoo, or financial planning systems - Internship or project experience in software implementation or business analysis Why Join Malaya Tech? - Work with experienced consultants and developers in finance and enterprise systems. - Gain hands-on exposure to Anaplan, Odoo, and customized finance solutions - Learn end-to-end system implementation—from requirements to go-live - Be part of a collaborative team that values learning, growth, and real-world impact.
