The ideal candidate should have a B.Com background with 0–2 years of experience in accounting. Candidates with prior experience working with a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day accounting and finance activities. Record and maintain accounting transactions, including purchase, sales, receipts and payments. Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers and other accounting documents. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. Perform bank and ledger reconciliations . Assist in maintaining books of accounts and supporting schedules. Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities. Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding invoices, payments and outstanding balances. Assist in preparation of data and documents required for monthly/annual closing and audits . Coordinate with the CA/auditors and provide required information and supporting documents. Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records. Assist in preparing MIS reports and other financial statements as required. Perform any other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager. Required Skills B.Com / Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. 0–2 years of relevant experience in accounting. Experience working with a CA firm will be an added advantage. Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and accounting principles . Good working knowledge of MS Excel . Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally / ERP will be preferred. Good numerical and analytical skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Willingness to learn and take responsibility. Preferred Candidate Profile Freshers with a strong B.Com background may also apply. Candidates who have completed articleship/internship or worked with a CA firm will be preferred. Should have a basic understanding of accounting entries and financial documentation.
