Jr. Accountant
Job Title: Accountant Department: Finance & Accounts Experience: 5+ years Job Summary looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations. The role involves handling routine accounting entries, assisting in statutory compliance, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate books of accounts and pass daily accounting entries Handle accounts payable and receivable activities Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents Assist in bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny Support GST compliance including data preparation, returns, and reconciliations Assist in TDS calculations, returns, and compliance Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as required Support month-end and year-end closing activities Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred) Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Good communication and coordination skills Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience in pharmaceutical / biotech / manufacturing industry Exposure to audits and compliance processes What We Offer Opportunity to work with a growing biopharmaceutical organization Professional learning and development Supportive and collaborative work environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹9,410.58 - ₹40,384.30 per month Work Location: In person
