Joinery Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Joinery Supervisor to oversee daily joinery production, fabrication, and installation activities. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of woodworking, furniture manufacturing, and interior fit-out works, along with excellent team supervision and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily joinery production and installation activities.
• Manage carpenters, machine operators, and other workshop personnel.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings, joinery shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Ensure all joinery works are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project deadlines.
• Monitor material usage, manpower allocation, and production schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site engineers.
• Inspect finished products and ensure quality workmanship before delivery or installation.
• Identify and resolve production and installation issues.
• Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, and proper equipment usage.
• Minimize material wastage and improve production efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Joinery Supervisor or Joinery Foreman in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing, carpentry, and interior fit-out works.
• Experience in supervising workshop production and site installation teams.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and material specifications.
• Knowledge of MDF, plywood, veneer, laminate, solid wood, and joinery hardware.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
