Joinery Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily joinery workshop activities and allocate tasks to carpenters, joiners, CNC operators, and other production staff.
• Monitor the manufacturing and assembly of cabinets, wardrobes, kitchen units, doors, counters, furniture, and custom-made joinery items.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and cutting lists.
• Coordinate with draftsmen, CNC programmers, production managers, and project teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Ensure all materials, tools, machinery, and equipment are available for production.
• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
• Inspect finished products to ensure dimensional accuracy, quality, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure production targets and project deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with the installation team to ensure smooth delivery and installation of joinery items at project sites.
• Enforce workshop safety procedures and ensure proper use of machinery and personal protective equipment.
• Maintain discipline, productivity, and good housekeeping within the workshop.
• Report production progress, material shortages, quality issues, and manpower requirements to management.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
