Joinery Project Manager
Joinery Project Manager Location: Dubai & Sharjah Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee joinery and fit-out projects from planning through to completion. Handle projects involving both mass joinery production and site fit-out execution . Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, production teams, procurement and site teams. Monitor project scope, programme, manpower, materials, quality and costs . Ensure timely production, delivery, installation and project handover. Review shop drawings, material specifications and production requirements. Conduct regular site visits and resolve technical and execution-related issues. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or related field. 15-20 years of experience in joinery and fit-out projects, preferably within the UAE/GCC. Strong experience in joinery mass production / factory operations AND interior fit-out projects . Proven experience managing multiple projects, production teams and site installation activities. Strong knowledge of joinery materials, production processes, shop drawings and fit-out execution. Excellent project management, coordination and communication skills. UAE/GCC experience preferred.
