Joinery Production Supervisor

K4 Group is looking for experienced Joinery Production Supervisors to oversee daily factory operations and ensure high standards of quality, productivity, and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily joinery production, including cutting, edge banding, CNC operations, assembly, spraying, and finishing.
• Allocate daily tasks to carpenters and machine operators according to production plans.
• Read and interpret approved shop drawings and prepare/review cutting lists.
• Monitor production progress, workmanship, quality, and productivity, reporting delays to the Production In-Charge.
• Coordinate with the QC team to identify and resolve defects before dispatch.
• Ensure efficient material usage and minimise wastage.
• Enforce workshop safety standards, housekeeping, and routine machine maintenance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in joinery or furniture manufacturing, with a minimum of 3 years in a Foreman or Production Supervisor role.
• Strong knowledge of joinery production processes, including cutting, edge banding, CNC operations, assembly, spraying, and finishing.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and cutting lists.
• Hands-on knowledge of materials such as MDF, plywood, veneer, and solid wood, along with various finishes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage daily production activities, maintain quality standards, minimise material wastage, and meet production deadlines.
• Good understanding of workshop safety, housekeeping, and machine maintenance practices.
