Key Responsibilities Plan, supervise, and manage day-to-day joinery workshop and site operations Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution Allocate manpower, machinery, and materials for joinery production Monitor quality control at all stages — production, finishing, and installation Coordinate with design, project management, and procurement teams Ensure joinery works comply with project timelines, budgets, and UAE quality/safety standards Manage and mentor a team of carpenters, technicians, and site supervisors Handle client and consultant site inspections related to joinery works Troubleshoot production or installation issues and implement corrective actions Requirements 6–7 years of relevant experience in joinery management, preferably within interior decoration/fit-out companies in the UAE Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and production processes (veneer, laminate, solid wood, MDF, etc.) Ability to read and interpret technical/shop drawings Proven experience managing workshop teams and site installation crews Excellent coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills UAE driving license preferred Immediate joiners preferred Benefits Medical insurance Annual paid leave in accordance with UAE Labour Law End-of-service benefits as per UAE Labour Law Paid public holidays Professional development and training opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment Visa Sponsorship and Emirates ID Recruitment Process Telephonic Interview Technical Interview Final Interview (Offer) Reference and Background Check Onboarding Process Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Are you okay with the Salary mentioned?
