Key Responsibilities Supervise carpenters, machine operators, and other factory workers. Plan and allocate daily production activities. Ensure work is produced according to approved drawings and specifications. Monitor production progress, quality, and deadlines. Control material usage and minimize wastage. Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and management. Check finished products before delivery or installation. Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and tools. Maintain good housekeeping and workplace safety. Identify production issues and take corrective action. Prepare daily production reports and update management. Requirements Minimum 8 years of UAE experience in joinery, carpentry, furniture, or fit-out production. Previous supervisory experience in a joinery factory. Good knowledge of joinery production and woodworking machinery. Ability to read shop drawings. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Work Location: In person
