The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up the factory, overseeing production operations, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, maintaining quality standards, optimizing resources, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Requirements 15+ years of experience in joinery / woodworking / interior fit-out, with strong operational, financial, and leadership experience. Strong background in factory setup and overall operations. Production, Procurement, Planning & Quality. Team building and Leadership. Budgeting, Cost Control & Financial Management.
