JOB VACANCY – ALUMINUM FACTORY MANAGER
A well-established company in Qatar is looking for an experienced Aluminum Factory Manager to oversee and manage the complete manufacturing operations of an aluminum factory. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all factory operations and production activities. Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to achieve targets and meet delivery deadlines. Oversee the manufacturing of all types of aluminum products and works , including aluminum doors, windows, curtain walls, facades, and customized aluminum works. Manage production teams, technicians, and workers, including manpower allocation and performance monitoring. Supervise cutting, fabrication, assembly, finishing, and other manufacturing processes. Ensure high-quality standards and compliance with approved specifications. Monitor raw materials, inventory, and production requirements. Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, sales, engineering, and project teams. Identify production issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste and production costs. Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, and environmental procedures within the factory. Prepare regular production and operational performance reports for management. Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience in aluminum manufacturing/fabrication, with proven experience in a managerial position. Strong hands-on experience in manufacturing various types of aluminum products and systems . Proven experience in production management, manpower management, quality control, and inventory management. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage factory operations efficiently and achieve production targets under pressure. Previous experience in Qatar or GCC is preferred. Work Location: In person
