# Job Designation – Project Manager – Interior Fit-Outs **EOS Fitout Interiors Decoration LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Designation – Project Manager – Interior Fit-Outs Key Responsibilities · Manage and take overall responsibility for the successful execution and completion of interior fit-out projects from project commencement through to final handover. · Lead and coordinate project activities involving clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, design/technical teams, and site personnel. · Develop and monitor detailed project programmes, construction schedules, manpower plans, procurement schedules, and project milestones to ensure timely completion. · Monitor overall project progress, productivity, quality, costs, and resource utilization against approved project targets. · Coordinate with the design and technical teams to ensure timely preparation, submission, approval, and implementation of shop drawings, material submittals, samples, and technical documents. · Plan and coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontracted works in line with project requirements and approved programme. · Conduct regular site meetings, progress meetings, coordination meetings, and client/consultant meetings and ensure timely close-out of action points. · Maintain effective communication with the client and consultant and act as the primary project-level point of contact for project execution matters. · Identify potential project risks, delays, technical issues, procurement constraints, and coordination problems and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions. · Identify, document, and notify variations, delays, disruptions, and other contractual/commercial issues affecting the project. · Coordinate with the commercial team regarding interim payment applications, variation submissions, subcontractor payments, and project cost control. · Ensure that all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, material approvals, applicable standards, and project requirements. · Conduct regular inspections and monitor workmanship, quality standards, testing, commissioning, snagging, and rectification works. · Coordinate with the planning, procurement, commercial, design, QA/QC, and HSE teams to ensure smooth and coordinated project delivery. · Prepare and review project reports, progress updates, programme updates, meeting minutes, risk registers, and other project documentation as required. · Escalate critical project issues to senior management and recommend practical solutions to minimize delays and cost impacts. · Manage project completion, snagging, testing, commissioning, authority requirements where applicable, client inspections, and final handover. Requirements · 5–8 years of relevant UAE/GCC experience in Project Management, preferably within Interior Fit-Out, Commercial, Hospitality, Retail, Residential, or similar projects. · Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field. · Strong knowledge of interior fit-out construction, materials, finishes, joinery, ceilings, partitions, flooring, painting, MEP coordination, and associated works. · Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, BOQ, project programmes, method statements, and material submittals. · Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, resource management, quality control, and site coordination. · Proficiency in MS Office and project planning/project management software. Knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project would be an advantage. · UAE driving license is mandatory Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
