Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Director role based in Abuja. The Director will provide strategic leadership, set and communicate clear business objectives, and oversee the execution of key initiatives that support sustainable growth. Duties include managing senior staff, aligning departmental goals with overall company strategy, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. The Director will lead stakeholder engagement, including clients, partners, and regulators, while identifying new market opportunities and driving innovation in financial products and services. The role also involves budgeting, risk management, and fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and inclusive collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in senior leadership or director-level roles within financial services or related industries.
• Strong strategic planning, business development, and decision-making skills, with a track record of delivering growth and operational excellence.
• Solid understanding of financial products, wealth management, and regulatory frameworks in Nigeria.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Proven ability in budgeting, financial analysis, and risk management to support sustainable and compliant business operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, MBA) are an advantage.
• High level of integrity, inclusive leadership style, and commitment to ethical and non-discriminatory workplace practices.
• Willingness to work on-site in Abuja and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving financial landscape.
