In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, showcasing our exquisite jewelry collections, and driving sales through personalized consultations. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and establish rapport to understand their jewelry preferences and needs. Conduct detailed product demonstrations and explain features, craftsmanship, and value propositions of jewelry pieces. Assist customers with selecting jewellery items, offering expert advice on styles, materials, and maintenance. Upsell complementary products and promote ongoing promotions to enhance sales opportunities. Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and receipt issuance. Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure attractive displays that highlight key collections. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. Keep abreast of product knowledge, new arrivals, and industry trends to inform customer interactions. Support inventory management through stock replenishment and organization. Demonstrate proficiency in technology sales tools, product demos, and basic math for transaction accuracy. Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients efficiently during busy periods. Uphold phone etiquette standards when engaging with clients via calls or virtual consultations. Experience Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury or jewellery sector. Proven ability to perform product demonstrations effectively in a sales environment. Technical sales experience or familiarity with jewellery technology is advantageous. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases. Strong communication skills coupled with excellent time management abilities. Experience with merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures. Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships. Basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions and inventory counts. Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
